2 Thecustomershalltransporttheproducttothe
dealerorOlympusauthorizedservicestation
athisownriskandshallberesponsibleforany
costsincurredintransportingtheproduct.
3 Thiswarrantydoesnotcoverthefollowing
andthecustomerwillberequiredtopayrepair
charge,evenfordefectsoccurringwithinthe
warrantyperiodreferredtoabove.
Anydefectthatoccursduetomishandling

5 Olympus’ssoleliabilityunderthiswarrantyshall
belimitedtorepairingorreplacingtheproduct.
Anyliabilityforindirectorconsequentiallossor
damageofanykindincurredorsufferedbythe
customerduetoadefectoftheproduct,and
inparticularanylossordamagecausedtoany
lenses,lms,otherequipmentoraccessories
usedwiththeproductorforanylossresulting
fromadelayinrepairorlossofdata,isexcluded.
