Chapter 9: Remote Control for v3.3.x and
Earlier (NET, AM and FM Styles)
This chapter only covers Omnia-3 Remote version 3.3.2, which is for units running older release versions 3.3.x
and earlier, net, am and fm styles. Please see chapter 8 for a description of the Remote Control for the fm
Turbo style.
The Omnia Remote Control software is a Windows (Windows 95, 98, NT 4.0, Win2k, WinXP) software
program that allows remote access to the Omnia-3 processor adjustment using any PC running the
aforementioned versions of Microsoft Windows

. Note that remote software for the Omnia-3 is unique to that
product, and versions of Omnia Remote Control for our other audio processors will not work with Omnia-3.
Further, version 3.4.0 and above of the Remote will not work with Omnia-3 net or am. The applicable version
of Omnia-3 Remote Control Software is always available free of charge by pointing your web browser to the
“Support” page of our web site:
http://www.omniaaudio.com/
The Omnia-3 Remote Control application presents the controls and meter in two separate window panes, and
has several options available from the drop-down menus. Before it connects to the Omnia, the words “offline”
will be displayed where the Preset Name and Omnia Time will be displayed once the remote connection is
made.
