What to do if there are leaks on inlet/outlet connections on Omnifilter U25 E?

  If you notice leaks on the inlet/outlet connections of your Omnifilter Water Filtration System, first turn off the water supply. For brass fittings, use a wrench to tighten the nut snugly, about 1/2 turn. Then, turn the water supply back on. If the leaks continue, turn off the water supply again and contact Omnifilter Customer Service at 800.937.6664.

How to fix leaks between cap and bottom of filter housing in Omnifilter U25 E?

  If there are leaks between the cap and the bottom of the filter housing of your Omnifilter Water Filtration System, turn off the water supply and press the red pressure-relief button. Remove the bottom of the housing. Clean the o-ring and the o-ring groove (located directly beneath the threads of the housing). Lubricate the o-ring with clean silicone or plumber’s grease and replace it securely into the groove. Screw the bottom of the housing onto the cap and hand-tighten, being careful not to over-tighten. Turn the water supply back on. If the leaks persist, turn off the water supply and call Omnifilter Customer Service at 800.937.6664.
