Note 1: The model numbers for heads are of the form D4C-00@@,
with the numbers in the squares indicating the type of actua-
tor.
2: Actuators for plunger models, plastic rod models, and center
roller lever models cannot be ordered individually. They must
be ordered together with the head.
3: Consult your OMRON representative for details on cold-re-
sistant specifications.
Mounting Plates
The WL model incorporated by equipment can be replaced with the
D4C together with the Mounting Plate without changing the position
of the dog or cam.

Contact your OMRON representative for the period required for deliv-
ery.
