6. Align the Green Marker of the cuff
over the brachial artery on the
inside of the arm
The bottom of the cuff should
be approximately 1/2''-1''
above your elbow.
7. Secure the cuff around your arm
using the cloth velcro.
8. Make sure the cuff is wrapped
firmly in place.
9. Relax your arm and put the elbow
on the table.
NOTE: Arm cuff can also be wrapped
on your right arm. Follow the
instructions above (numbers 1-9)
