The Switch on command was 
received
Send the Switch on command with 
the main circuit power supply ON.
Use the Servo Drive after confirm-
ing the corrections that are given 
on the left.
The Enable operation command 
was received
Send the Enable operation com-
mand under the following condi-
tions.
• In supported operation mode
• The motor rotation speed is 30 
r/min or less.
• In the free-run mode, the inter-
polation time period is the inte-
gral multiple of the 
communications cycle.
An operation command in the 
prohibition direction was received 
after the immediate stop by the 
Drive Prohibition Input or Soft-
ware Position Limit
Check status of the Drive Prohibi-
tion Input and Software Position 
Limit by the Digital inputs, Sta-
tusword, and Software Position 
Limit. Then, do not issue the com-
mand in the drive prohibition direc-
tion.
