Unpliug AVR@ P4/J4, ~~~---=
Press "Start", and check T
Clean Slip Rings;
Replace Brushes as
Required
Stop. See PSB

B+ Volts @ P4-7
SPECIFICATIONS:
@ 12 VDC to Brushes
L1-LO = 49 VAC
81-82 = 7 VAC
Q1-Q2. =58 VAC
Replace Rotor,
Retest Stator
Yes?
Dynamic (running)
Check: Unplug AVR
@ P4/J4
Start the unit, and
apply Battery 12 VDC
+1- to the Brushes,
and Jumper B+ to the
Ignition Coil When
Running
Measure Output Voltages:
L 1-LO@ P4-2
& P4-3,
01-02 (Orange Stripe) @
P4-11
& P4-12, 81-82
(Blue Stripe)@ Conn'rs.
Rotor and Stator are
Check Wiring and
Connections @
TB-1 : Compare
to Wiring
Diagram
