ENGINE SENSORS
Resistance units and switches in the engine
temperature and oil pressure monitoring and shut-
down systems are sealed units and are not repairable.
For location, referto Figures 4 and 5. When changing
a sensor, do not substitute, use recommended
replacement parts. Resistance units are matched to
the gauge they supply, and cut-off switches are close-
tolerance actuation parts, made for a specific applica-
tion.
