3.11. Equipment Serial Number Locations
Before contacting OPEX Technical Support, the Authorized Employee should
locate the Service Tag on the machine so that they can provide the assisting
OPEX Technician with the machine Serial Number (Figure 3-16) and/or iBOT
serial number (Figure 3-17).
