4.1.7.4. iBOT failed to unload jam
Sometimes an iBOT cannot unload an item. For example, an iBOT may
attempt to deliver an item to a bin that already has items in it. While the item is
being unloaded, it hits another item in the bin (Figure 4-35). This causes the
item to get stuck. At this point, an iBOT warning box will pop up on the run
screen, and the machine will pause, allowing time for an Authorized Employee
to move the item into the bin.

The Run screen will alert you to which bin is in need of attention (Figure 4-36).
At this point, you will need to contact an Authorized Employee to have them
remove the item from the iBOT and place it into the bin.
