4.2. Product-related jams
Other possible causes of jams are shown in the following figures.
Bulky items in soft plastic packaging can get knocked off the iBOT and fall to
the aisle floor (Figure 4-37). An iBOT will eventually collide with it, causing a
jam.

For all of the product-related jams, you will need to contact an Authorized
Employee or OPEX Technician to resolve the issue.
