What to do if opti-solar Inverter buzzer beeps and red LED is on?

  If the buzzer beeps continuously and the red LED is on in your opti-solar Inverter, several issues could be the cause. It might be due to an overload error (the inverter is overload 110%), in which case you should reduce the connected load by switching off some equipment. Another reason could be an output short circuit, so you should check if the wiring is connected well and remove any abnormal load. Also, this might be due to the temperature of an internal converter component being over 120°C, so ensure the unit's airflow isn't blocked and the ambient temperature isn't too high. If the battery is connected well, please return to repair center.

Why does my opti-solar Inverter work in battery mode when mains exist?

  If your opti-solar Inverter continues to operate in battery mode even when mains power is available, the input protector may have tripped. Check if the AC breaker is tripped and ensure the AC wiring is properly connected. The issue might also stem from insufficient AC power quality, particularly with shore or generator power. Verify that the AC wires are not too thin or excessively long. You could also change output source priority to Utility first.

  If your opti-solar Inverter doesn't respond after powering on, it could be due to very low battery voltage (less than 1.4V/Cell). Check that the batteries and wiring are properly connected. Another potential cause is reversed battery polarity, in which case you should re-charge the battery. If these steps don't resolve the issue, consider replacing the battery.
