Why is my opti-solar Inverter working in battery mode when mains are available?

If your inverter is operating in battery mode despite mains being available, the issue might stem from a tripped input protector. Check whether the AC breaker has tripped or if the AC wiring is properly connected. Another potential cause could be insufficient AC power quality, particularly from shore power or a generator. In this case, verify that the AC wires aren't too thin or long. If using a generator, confirm it's functioning correctly and that the input voltage range setting is correct. You can also try changing the output source priority to “USB” (utility first).
