Why is my opti-solar Inverter working in battery mode when mains exist?

If your opti-solar Inverter continues to operate in battery mode even when mains power is available, the issue could stem from a few causes. First, the input protector might be tripped; check if the AC breaker is tripped and ensure the AC wiring is securely connected. Alternatively, the quality of the AC power from the shore or generator could be insufficient; verify that the AC wires aren't too thin or excessively long. If you're using a generator, confirm it's functioning correctly and that the input voltage range setting is correct (specifically for UPS Appliance models). Also, consider changing the output source priority to Utility first.
