7.3 Self-diagnosis table
If any of the following problems occur, refer to the instruction manual and take appropriate action.
Phenomenon Cause Treatment
The grass is not
discharge well
The grass is wet.
Work after the grass has dried.
The grass is long.
Increase the cutting height and cut twice.
The cutting height is low.
Increase the cutting height.
The engine speed is low.
Set to the maximum speed.
Working speed is fast.
Reduce working speed.
There is left uncut
part.
Working speed is fast.
Reduce working speed.
The engine speed is low.
Set to maximum RPM.
Worn or damaged Blade.
Replace with a new Blade.
Accumulation of grass debris in the Blade cover.
Clean the inside of the Blade cover.
The grass is long.
Mowing twice.
Mow the grass in the falling
direction
Change the mowing pattern (mowing direction).
Soil cutting occurred.
The cutting height is low.
Increase the cutting height.
The turning speed is fast.
Reduce the turning speed.
The terrain has undulations.
Change the mowing pattern (mowing direction).
There are many undulations on the terrain.
Increase the cutting height.
Bending of the blade.
Replace with a new Blade.
Belt slips.
Belt tension is low.
Adjust the belt tension.
There is a foreign object inside the Blade Clean inside the Blade cover.
Accumulation of grass on pulley.
Clean the pulley.
Belt wear out.
Replace with a new belt.
Blade does not stop
within 5 seconds

The diff lock is in the "off" position Set the diff lock to the "on" position

The neutral “N” position of the shift lever is

Adjust the neutral "N" position with the turnbuckle
