4. Operation and work
※Be sure to read 「"1. Precautions"」 before driving.
Especially read and understand “1.1 Working Conditions”, “1.2 Before Working” and
“1.3 Working”. Start to operation and work.
4.1 Starting and stopping the engine
4.1.1 How to start the engine
Reference︔
1）Be sure to sit on the seat and start the Engine.
2）Be sure to depress (lock) the parking brake pedal before starting the Engine . If the pedal
is not depressed, the safety switch will work and the Engine will not start.
3）Be sure to set the cutting height adjustment lever to the "move" position. The Engine will
not start if the safety switch is activated except in the "move" position.
For your safety, please follow the above three rules when starting the engine.
Start the engine after carefully checking each operation method.
When starting the engine, carefully check the position of each lever and the surrounding
safety. Do not start or warm up the engine in a closed room. Starting the engine in a
closed room would be polluted the air with harmful exhaust gases and cause gas
poisoning. It is equipped with a gasoline engine, working with cigarettes and bonfires
near the machine can be dangerous. Please do not this.
① Move the fuel cock to the "open" position.
② Sit on the seat.
