Problem Check Solution
Unit does not turn
ON.
• Power Cord
• Cover
• Plug in power cord.
• Make sure that the cover is
securely closed.
• Check electrical outlet.
No air is blowing. • Power Cord
• Is the power On?
• Plug in power cord.
• Press and hold the POWER
button to turn On.
Airow speed is
weak.
• Filters • Check the lters. Replace
if necessary.
• Were the plastic bags
removed from lters?
Color of Mood
Light is always the
same.
• Purple or Red
• Blue
• Adjust the sensitivity of the
air sensor to less sensitive
or standard.
• Adjust the sensitivity of the
air sensor to more sensitive
or standard.
Unit does not
capture particles.
• Filters • Check the lters. Replace
if necessary.
• Unit may be damaged
