What to do if the OSIM OS-8218 control panel does not function correctly?

First, check that the power plug is securely connected to the electrical outlet. Next, verify the power cord connection at the back of the massage chair. Also, make sure the main switch is turned ‘ON’. If the problem continues, turn off the main switch, disconnect the power plug, and contact the OSIM Service Center.
