What to do if my otometrics ICS AirCal Medical Equipment is beeping due to overheating?

If the ICS AirCal Medical Equipment from otometrics is beeping continuously due to overheating, first, check the Water Level Display. If the bar is orange, refill the water reservoir following the Filling and Priming procedure. If the bar is blue, there should be enough water, but you should still check the water level visually. If there is very little or no water, refill it. After refilling, turn the unit on to ensure it is working correctly. Also, if the ICS AirCal has been tilted 20° or more while the pump was operating, there is a risk of that the pump took in air instead of water. In this case, turn off the ICS AirCal and follow the Filling and Priming procedure. If the issue persists, it might not be functioning properly, contact Natus Medical Denmark ApS technical support.
