5.2.2 Error messages/error codes (R-Net control unit)
To indicate the cause of warnings or errors that occur, error messages with error codes are output via the LCD
screen of the TENcontrol panel or a connected handheld programming device. The DTT handheld programming
device can be connected for diagnosis (see Seite79).

Position joystick in home position
prior to switch-on.
Joystick Error
Defective joystick If the message continues to be
displayed even though the joy-
stick is centred:
Defective joystick
Replace the joystick/control
panel.
Low Battery
Battery undervoltage Battery deep discharge Charge as soon as possible.
High Battery
Battery overvoltage Voltage too high
Loose battery contacts
Only drive the wheelchair at low
speed.
Check cabling/plug contacts.
If error persists: contact the
manufacturer.
M1 Brake Error;

Brake error on left

e.g. defective plug connection,
cable break
Defective brake
Check plug connections and
cable to brake.
Replace motor with brake.
