7.19 Headrest
Head/neckrests or headrests make it possible to support the head in case of various severe disability indications.
The head/neckrests or headrests consist of polyurethane foam and can be cleaned with mild soap and water.
The option is installed on the product by qualified personnel if needed and adapted to the requirements of the user.
The head support can be removed from the wheelchair for transportation.
Removing the head support
1) Release the clamping lever (see fig.56, item1).
2) Pull out the adjustment tube with the head support (see fig.56, item2).
Attaching the head support
1) Insert the adjustment tube with the head support into the clamp fitting to the stop (see fig.56, item2/3).
2) Tighten the clamping lever (see fig.56, item1).
