Shut down the system
sectionandallowliquid
to drain in a controlled
fashion.
Wearsafetyglasses
andgloves.
Oncethevalvehasreachedthe
end of its useful life or if there is
adefectthatcannotberepaired,
you will need to remove and di-
spose of it in an environmen-
tally safe manner or recycle its
materialcomponents.
Whenrecycling:
• Scrapthemetals.
• Recycleplasticelements.
• Dispose of other
components according to
materialcomposition.
