Overall evaluation:
☐ No Safety or functional defects were detected.
☐ No direct risk, the detected defects can be fixed shortly.
☐ The device has to be withdrawn from use until the defects are corrected.
☐ The device does not meet the requirements – Modifications/Replacement of com-
ponents/removal from service is recommended.
Contact the manufacturer if there is any deviation, abnormality and/or an indica-
tion of error.
The next inspection should be carried out after 12 months.
