3.2-6 Extending the hydraulic pivotable support outriggers
• Press the function ‚Extend support cylinder’ until the
support is in vertical position.
When extending the support cylinder ensure that it swivels downward
in a wide radius diagonally to the outrigger.
• Pull the support on the handle to its supporting position
and press the locking lever up until both locking bolts have
completely locked.
If the locking bolts are not locked the
vehicle may tilt over.
• Extract the support until it stands firmly on the ground
/supporting board.
If the vehicle is fitted with an additional support, follow the procedure as described above.
To avoid unnecessary oil heating move the “Crane operation / Support operation” switch lever
immediately back to crane operation after the support operation.
If a vehicle is equipped with an additional support and this is not
extracted the vehicle might tip over.
