Hard Disk Drive
C Pull the tab (C) of the hard disk drive and slide it out of the slot.
z To ins e rt
A Insert the hard disk drive until it surely fits in the slot.
B Close the cover and slide the latches (D and E) back to lock the cover.
4 Insert the battery pack (Î page 20).
CAUTION
z Confirm that the latches are surely locked so that it does not fall when you carry the computer.
NOTE
z You can erase the data before changing the hard disk drive. (

z You can check that the hard disk is recognized or not in the [Information] menu of the Setup Utility (Î page 61). If the
hard disk is not recognized, turn off the computer and insert it again.
