13.2 Remote Control Button
13.2.1 SET Button
• To check remote control transmission code and store the transmission code to EEPROM
o Press “Set” button for more than 10 seconds by using pointer
o Press “Timer Set” button unit a “beep” sound is heard as confirmation of transmission code change.
• To change the air quality sensor:
o Press and release by using pointer
o Press the “Timer Decrement” button to select sensitivity:
1. Low sensitivity
2. Standard (Default)
3. Hi sensitivity
o Confirm setting by pressing “Timer Set” button, a “beep” sound will be heard. LCD returns to original display
after 2 seconds.
o LCD returns to original display if remote control does not operate for 30 seconds.
13.2.2 CLOCK Button
• To change the remote control time format:
o Press for more than 5 seconds
13.2.3 RESET (RC) Button
• To clear and restore the remote control setting to factory default.
o Press once to clear the memory
13.2.4 TIMER ▲
• To change indoor unit indicators’ intensity:
o Press continuously for 5 seconds.
13.2.5 TIMER ▼
• To change remote control display from Degree Celsius (°C) to Degree Fahrenheit (°F)
o Press continuously for 10 seconds.
