Troubleshooting
When problem occurs during operation, firstly please refer to the table below.
If the problem still persists, please disconnect the power plug and contact an authorized service center
(as described in the warranty) for a check or repair.
Symptom Please check the following:
The operation does not start.
● Is the power plug connected properly and completely?
Sometimes there is no hot air.
Safety function may be activated.
Disconnect the power plug and check the following.
● Is the filter clogged with dust?
→ Clean the filter. (P.27)
● Is the air outlet of the nozzle or the air inlet of the body blocked?
→ Please remove any objects which block the air outlet and inlet.
●Has the product been operated with "Summer" button?
→ When drying futon with "Summer" button, fan operation runs for
the last 30 minutes of the preset time.
The air volume is small.
● Is the filter clogged with dust?
→ Clean the filter. (P.27)
Abnormal sound is heard.
● When carrying the product, rattling sound may be heard around the
control panel. This is a sound of the magnet which detects turnover,
and not a malfunction.
Futon is not dried.
● Depending on the type or size of futon and the ambient temperature
or humidity, it may takelonger time to be dried.
→ Change the position of the nozzle inserted and start the operation
again.
All indicators flash.
● Is the product inclined or fell down?
→ Raise the body and put it in a stable place.
● Has a magnet or any metal object been placed on the product? (P.22)
→ Remove the magnet or the object.
The alert indicator lights up, and
the operation indicators (Winter
and Summer) flash.
● Is the filter clogged with dust?
→ Clean the filter. (P.27)
● Is the air outlet of the nozzle or the air inlet of the body blocked?
→ Please remove any objects which block the air outlet and inlet.
● The air does not come out.
→ Disconnect the power plug and contact an authorized service
center (as described in the warranty) for a check or repair.
Contact an authorized service center (as described in the warranty) immediately in the following case.
The alert indicator lights up, and
the operation indicator (Winter
or Summer) flashes.
● Failure has occurred.
→ Disconnect the power plug and contact an authorized service
center (as described in the warranty) for a check or repair.
