Clear the errors by pressing the [Clear errors] button. Correct any positioning parameters or tables, and download the corrected data.

  If the Panasonic Controller motor isn't rotating or moving, and the output LED is flashing or ON, ensure the servo on input is set to “ON”. Also, verify that the power supplies for the servo amplifier and motor driver are ON. Check that the servo amplifier and motor driver are correctly connected to the unit, and confirm that the settings for the pulse output method (CW/CCW method or Pulse/Sign method) are appropriate.

  If the Panasonic Controller motor is not rotating or moving and the output LED is OFF, review the program and ensure the I/O numbers are appropriate.   If the rotation or movement direction of the Panasonic Controller is reversed, check that the servo amplifier and motor driver are connected correctly to the unit. Change the pulse output rotation direction of the parameters for each axis to the reverse direction. Also, check that the CW/CCW output or the Pulse/Sign output is connected to the correct input of the servo amplifier and motor driver.
