mode.

To set the White Balance manually
≥ When recording under mercury vapor lamps, sodium lamps, spotlights in a theater, etc. or when
recording a sunset/sunrise, etc., fill the entire screen with the white subject, and tap [Custom] #
[Set] to set. (The set value is stored in [User].)
≥ When you change the recording condition, change the setting again.
This makes the image brighter to prevent darkening of a backlit subject.
≥ This setting is not available in Night Mode. (l 31)
You can check to see if the image is level. The function can also be used to estimate the balance of
the composition.
≥ The guidelines do not affect the actual images that will be recorded.
A sound is output when you record a still picture.
