With a PC
Problem Check points
When connected by the
USB cable, this unit is not
detected by the PC.
≥ If this unit is turned off, the PC does not detect it. (The PC
starts charging the battery.)
≥ After re-inserting the microSD card into this unit, reconnect
the supplied USB cable.
≥ Select another USB terminal on the PC.
≥ Check the operating environment. (l 40, 43)
≥ Connect the supplied USB cable again after restarting the PC
and turning on this unit again.
≥ When using a Wi-Fi connection, even if you connect this unit
to the PC, it does not detect this unit as a card reader/web
camera. To resolve the problem, terminate the Wi-Fi
connection, and disconnect and reconnect the supplied USB
cable. (l 18)
≥ When using this unit as a card reader, set [Select USB mode]
of the “Image App” to [PC]. (l 21)
≥ When using this unit as a web camera, set [Select USB
mode] of the “Image App” to [Web camera]. (l 21)
When the USB cable is
disconnected, an error
message will appear on

≥ To disconnect the USB cable safely, double-click the icon
