Searching by Name
You can also search for an item in the phonebook by entering a name:
[In standby mode]

3. Enter the name or the rst character(s) of the desired name. →
4. [▲]/[▼]: : Select the desired item. *2
5. Press the [CENTER]/[ENTER] navigation key.
6. [▲]/[▼]: Select the desired phone number.

*1 If only Handset Phonebook is permitted, this step is skipped.
*2 If you push and hold [D]/[C], the next/previous items will be displayed automatically.
Searching by Category
If items in the phonebook have been assigned categories, you can search by category.
