∫ Cancelling the self-timer
Select [ ] ([Single]) or [ ] from among the drive modes. (P86)
• The self-timer can also be cancelled by turning off the camera. (When [Self Timer Auto Off]
(P136) is set to [ON])
• We recommend using a tripod when recording with the self-timer.
• The flash output may vary slightly when the [ ] is selected.
Not available in these cases:
• It cannot be set to [ ] in the following case.
– When [Simultaneous Record w/o Filter] of Creative Control Mode is set to [ON]
• Self-timer is disabled in the following cases.
– When recording motion pictures
– When using [Time Lapse Shot]
