Illustration Disassembly Procedure
● Necessary tool
･ Plus driver
･ Hammerless flange nut turning tool (HW-25K)
･ Bearing installation nut turning tool (HW-18)
･ Ratchet box wrench (HW-35)
● Replacement of bearings (mechanical motor)
(1) Take off top cover installation screw (2 pieces) at the back side.
(2) Take off the window cover packing (for each right and left) at front,
right and left of top cover. Then take off installation screw
(for each right and left) of the top cover.
(3) Lift back side of the top cover and slide it toward you and take it off.
(4) Lean the top cover with a product and a wall.
(5) Take off a spin tank cover.
(8 Screws)
(6) Take off a pulsator.
※ Don't completely remove the screw. Lift up the palsator with screws.
(7) Take off shaft bush, spin shaft nut and
D shaft washer B.
(8) Pull out a spin tank.
(9) Tilt the product to the side without drainage hose.
※ Put a cloth under the body to prevent from scratch.
(10) Take off screws of a water tank support installation plate B (2 screws).
(11) Disconnect a connector of motor and a rotary sensor.
(12) Take off installation screws
(6 screws) of the bearing
