7.3 Troubleshooting of H25, H26
If abnormal indication [H25] and [H26] appeared, perform following trouble diagnosis and specify a trouble part.

● Output measurement point of each geared motor
Drive geared motor and AC100V is output from a controller to
a geared motor drive circuit.

A check point and judgment Measures
● Replace the controller
● Replace the controller
● Replace a lead wire U
● Replace the geared motor
● Replace the geared motor
・In the case of H25, drive by [spin only] and measure
between ④ - ⑥.
・In case of H26, service check B and measure between ⑤ - ⑥
(measure during drive)
Check AC100V is output from the position sensing circuit.
・In case of H25, measure between ③－⑥
・In case of H26, measure between ②－⑥
Check voltage alteration in the position sensing circuit
during a rotation.
・In case of H25, measure between ③－⑥
・In case of H26, measure between ②－⑥
Repeat AC100V and 0V periodically
① Brown white lead wire
② Orange lead wire
③ White red lead wire
④ White blue lead wire
⑤ Brown lead wire
Yellow 1 pin connector
⑥ Yellow lead wire
