DANGERHIGHVOLTAGES

DONOTREADJUSTPRESETCONTROLontheH.V.Inverter(U).Itisverydangeroustorepairoradjustwithoutpropertest
equipment because this circuit handles very large current and high voltage. Operating a misaligned inverter circuit is
dangerous.
2. Ensurepropergroundingbeforecheckingfortrouble.
3. Becarefulofthehighvoltagecircuitry,takingnecessaryprecautionswhentroubleshooting.
4. DischargehighvoltageremainingintheH.V.Inverter(U).
5.
Whencheckingthecontinuityof theswitchesorthe H.V.Inverter, disconnectone leadwirefrom these partsandthencheck
continuity with the AC plug removed. To do otherwise may result in a false reading or damage to your meter. When
disconnecting a plastic connector from a terminal, you must hold the plastic connector instead of the lead wire and then
disconnectit,otherwiseleadwiremaybedamagedortheconnectorcannotberemoved.

Donottouchanypartsofthecircuitryonthedigitalprogrammercircuit,sincestaticelectricdischargemaydamagethiscontrol
panel.Alwaystouchyourselftogroundwhileworkingonthispaneltodischargeanystaticchargeinyourbody.

220/240VACispresentonthedigitalprogrammercircuit(Terminalsofpowerrelay’sandprimarycircuitofDigitalProgrammer
Circuit).Whentroubleshooting,becautiousofpossibleelectricalshockhazard.
Beforetroubleshooting,operatethemicrowaveovenfollowingthecorrectoperatingproceduresintheinstructionmanualinorder
tofindtheexactcauseofanytrouble,sinceoperatorerrormaybemistakenfortheoven’smalfunction.
Selfdiagnosticdisplay
Ovenhasselfdiagnosticfunctionbutitwillnotbeactivatedinnormaloperationmode.
Toshowselfdiagnosticresult,pleasetakethefollowingsteps.
1.Firstly,youmustprogramtheDPCintoTESTMODE(Pluginoven→pressTimer/Clockpadtwice→pressStartpad
once→pressMicroPowerpadonce.)
2.KeeppressingSteamShotpadformorethan2secondsuntilbuzzerbeeps.
3.PressStartpadtwice,ovenwillshowerrorcode.
NOTE:
1.Ifanyerrorwasobserved,itwillbekeptinmemoryupto3errorsinthepast.Iftherearemorethan4cases,
thememorywillrenewthelastest3errorscodes.
2.PressStartpadagain,onemoreoldererrorcodewillbedisplayed.
3.Iftheovenisok,itwillshow“000”andblinking.
4.Errorcodlist
H** Hardwareproblem,ovenitselfhasproblem.
U** Usageproblemsuchasrunoutofwaterandovenitselfworkswell.
