Setting Your NAME
When you send a document, your NAME can appear as a header on the top of the copy printed at the other
station.
The NAME helps to identify you to someone who receives your document.

Enter your NAME (max. 25 characters and digits) by using
5 the dial keypad (see page 19).
Ex:

If you make a mistake, use [4] and
[>] to move the cursor to the incorrect character and enter
a new character over it.
If more than 11 characters are entered, the characters on
the left will be scrolled off from the display.
