Network connections
The projector has a network function, and the following operations are available from the computer using the Web
browser control.

“Crestron RoomView” is a system developed by Crestron Electronics, Inc. which collectively manage and
control multiple system devices connected via the network, from a computer. This projector supports “Crestron
RoomView”.

Communication with an E-mail server is required to use the E-mail function. Conrm that the E-mail can be
used beforehand.

Use a LAN cable that is straight-through or crossover

and compatible with category 5 or higher.
*1: Depending on the system conguration, the type of the LAN cable that can be used may be either straight-through,
crossover, or both. Consult your network administrator for the details.

Use a LAN cable with the length of 100 m (328'1") or shorter.
Required environment for computer connection

Check if your computer is equipped with wired LAN beforehand.
z
Before connecting the projector to your computer, be sure to check the following settings.




Is the cable connected correctly?


Use a LAN cable compatible with category 5 or higher.

Check 2: Wired LAN settings
A computer equipped with wired LAN function


Is the wired LAN function activated?
A computer not equipped with wired LAN function


Is the wired LAN adapter recognized correctly?


Is the wired LAN adapter activated?


Install the wired LAN adapter driver before you use the network function.
Refer to the instruction manual of the wired LAN adapter for the installation of the driver.
