It is important when a call is placed to us for a potential warranty situation, that the following information 
be provided: 
 
.  Model and serial number. 
. Start-up date. 
. Company name. 
. Dryer location. 
. Phone number. 
. Contact person. 
.  Specific nature of complaint 
(Diagnostic code, high dew point, etc.). Important: Airtek reserves the right to deny
 any 
claim submitted without our knowledge and proper authorization. 
 
Warranty Parts and Returns... 
 
In the event a part is required to complete a warranty repair the following steps will occur: 
 
1.  A standard parts order must be placed with our customer service department (1-800-451-6023), along 
with a purchase order number. 
 
2.  The customer that placed the order will receive an invoice for the part. This is for memo billing only. 
The invoice will also contain a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
