Medium Flow Compressed Air Dryers - IOMI.
"CDAS" = Indicates controller has been set up for a
CDAS dryer
"OFAS" = Indicates controller has been set up for a
OFAS dryer
"FBP" = Indicates controller has been set up for a FBP
dryer
Flashing "+" = Dryer heartbeat, used to identify
controller and screen are communicating
"Numerical value in °C or °F" = Real time dryer Outlet
Pressure Dewpoint
"Numerical value %" = Percentage of time dryer spent
in energy saving mode.
Shown for 3 seconds at the start of a new 1/2 cycle
"ECO" Indicates dryer is in EST - Energy Saving Mode
"MO- Numerical Value"
"MO-" = Indicates dryer is in Moisture Override mode
"Numerical Value" = e numerical value represents
the number of remaining moisture override cycles
before dryer can re-enter EST energy saving mode.
"ERR" = Dewpoint sensor error
Dryer will operate in xed timing cycle when a dew-
point sensor error is detected
A general alarm fault will also be activated
General Fault Alarm
Indicates when the General Fault Alarm Relay has
been activated
Dewpoint Alarm - General Fault Relay
Yellow Background = Dewpoint Alarm
General Fault Alarm Relay will be activated and
General Fault Alarm icon will also be present on
screen
Dewpoint Alarm - Dedicated Dewpoint Fault Relay
Yellow Background = Dewpoint Alarm
No General Fault Alarm icon will be displayed
Dedicated Dewpoint Alarm Relay will be activated
Green "ECO" icon = Purge Economy Activated
MODBUS ICON = Indicated Modbus is connected
Numerical Value = Modbus ID (Node)
Remote Stop / Start Icon
Grey Box with diagonal line through = Remote Stop /
Start connected - Switch Open, Dryer Operating
Remote Stop / Start Icon
Blue Box = Remote Stop / Start connected - Switch
Closed, Dryer Stopped
