What to do if the coupling crimp diameter on my Parker Karrykrimp 2 Power Tool is above or below specification?

If the coupling crimp diameter of your Parker Power Tool is above or below specification, begin by visually inspecting all wear surfaces of the crimp dies and die rings for raised metal dents or gouges, and replace damaged die sets and die rings. Note that worn or faulty die sets will crimp above or below specifications by the same amount with and without the die ring, so replace worn or faulty die sets. Also, check the crimp diameter of several different sizes of die sets with both the silver and black die rings. If all crimp diameters are out of specification by the same amount, the die cavity in the base plate may be out of specification. Lubricate the die cavity in base plate frequently to prevent wear.
