Mounting the multi-function-
al handlebar
Fig. :
1. Loosen the star screw (12) and remove
the handle mount (46) from the upper
shaft tube (19).
2. Insert the multifunction handle (13) into
the holder (47) on the upper shaft tube
(19). The plastic ring on the multifunction
handle must sit in the guide rail of the
holder (47).
3. Fasten the multifunction handle to the
handle mount (46) and star screw (12).
Tighten the star screw (12) by hand.
Check and make sure that the de-
vice cable (18) is held in position by
the cable holder (10).
Fitting the spool
The black protective cover
must be fully tted when us-
ing the spool (see section: “Remov-
ing/tting the protective cover ex-
tension”).

1. Press the lock button (16) to lock the
uptake spindle (48).
2. Screw the spool cap (27) anticlockwise
onto the uptake spindle (48).
3. Pull on both ends of the line to release
the lines from the grooves.
4. Trim the thread line to approx. 15 cm
to release strain on the engine when
starting and warming up.
The washer (41, Fig. ), clamping
disk (40, Fig.
) and nut (39, Fig.
) are not required for mounting
the spool.
Fitting the 3-tooth blade
The black protective cover
must be shortened when us-
ing the 3-tooth blade (see section:
“Removing/tting the protective
cover extension”).

1. Press the lock button (16) to lock the
uptake spindle (48).
2. Place the 3-tooth blade (26) on the
uptake spindle (48). The blade can be
used on both sides.
3. Fasten the 3-tooth blade with washer
(41), clamping disk (40) and nut (39).
The maintenance key (30) can be used
to tighten the nut (39).
Fitting the clearing blade
The silver protective cover
must be tted when using
the clearing blade (see section:
“Fitting the protective cover”).

1. Press the lock button (16) to lock the
uptake spindle (48).
2. Place the clearing blade (17) on the
uptake spindle (48). The inscription on
the blade must be visible to the user
during use!
3. Fasten the clearing blade with washer
(41), clamping disk (40) and nut (39).
The maintenance key (30) can be used
to tighten the nut (39).
