  If fasteners jam in the nose of your Paslode Nail Gun, here's what to do: * Open the front guide latch to release the jammed fastener, then close the latch securely. * Check the magazine to ensure you're using the correct fasteners. The magazine follower should slide freely; clean it to remove any debris if needed. Be sure to use only fasteners that meet Paslode specifications. You may also need to increase air flow to the tool by using larger air lines (3/8 inch ID minimum) and adjust the work contacting element if your tool has that feature.

  If your Paslode Nail Gun operates but doesn't drive any fasteners, check the magazine to ensure it contains the correct fasteners. These fasteners should slide freely without pressure from the follower. Next, open the front guide latch or loosen the magazine knob to inspect the nose area for jams or debris, and clear it as needed. Also, make sure the air pressure is sufficient, but do not exceed 120 psi.
