A80 Basic Credit Sale Transactions

Select Sale Transaction Type

Select the 'Sale' transaction type from the idle screen.

Enter Sale Amount and Confirm

Enter the sale amount and select the 'CONFIRM' button.

Input Card Details

Insert, swipe, or manually enter the card number.

Cardholder Signature Process

Cardholder signs on screen; options to confirm, clear, or cancel.

Remove Card Prompt

Instruction to remove the card from the terminal.

Transaction Status Display

The terminal displays the final transaction status.

A80 Credit Refund Process

Select Refund Transaction Type

Select the 'Refund' transaction type from the idle screen.

Choose Refund Application Method

Select refund method: by card number or transaction reference number.

Enter Refund Amount

Enter the refund amount and confirm.

Input Card for Refund

Swipe or manually enter the card number for the refund.

Refund Signature Capture

Cardholder signs on screen; confirm, clear, or cancel signature.

Refund Transaction Status

The terminal displays the status of the refund transaction.

A80 Void Sale Procedure

Select Void Sale Transaction Type

Select the 'Void Sale' transaction type from the idle screen.

Enter Original Transaction Number

Input the original transaction number and select 'CONFIRM'.

Confirm Voided Transaction

Confirm that the displayed transaction is the one to be voided.

Void Sale Signature Process

Cardholder signs on screen; confirm, clear, or cancel signature.

Void Transaction Status Display

The terminal displays the status of the void transaction.

A80 Forced Sale Steps

Enter Sale Amount for Forced Sale

Enter the sale amount and select 'CONFIRM'.

Input Card for Forced Sale

Swipe or manually enter the card number.

Enter Original Transaction Auth Code

Enter the Auth Code of the original transaction and confirm.

Forced Sale Signature Capture

Cardholder signs on screen; confirm, clear, or cancel signature.

Forced Sale Transaction Status

The terminal displays the status of the forced sale.

A80 Batch and Reprint Functions

Initiate Batch Close Process

Select the 'FUNC' option from the idle screen.

Select Batch Option for Closing

Select the 'Batch' option to proceed with batch closing.

Confirm or Cancel Batch Close

Prompt to confirm 'Batch Close' or select 'X' to cancel.

Batch Close Status Confirmation

The terminal displays the batch close success status.

Select Print Option for Reprint

Select the 'Print' option to access reprint functions.

Reprint Last Transaction

Select the 'Print Last' option to reprint the last transaction.
