ADJUST ALARM SETPOINTS
PT395 has two (2) fully programmable relays for Low and High alarms. The third
relay is used for Sensor Fault or malfunction. The alarm levels can be set
anywhere between 0 and the full scale range of the sensor. Also they can be
configured as Latching or non-latching. The relays have Form ā€œCā€ type contacts.
*** Note: Zero alarm level is used to disable alarm relays.
Setting Low and High alarm levels:
Low alarm is configured first. Alarm level is set and then relay is set for latching
or non-latching type. After low alarm setting has been completed High alarm is
then configured. During the alarm adjustment either low or high alarm LED
indicators will be constantly flashing indicating which alarm level being adjusted.
Refer to figure 8 below how to activate switch for Alarm Adjustments and follow
the step by step instructions below.
