EVERDRI™ COMPRESSED AIR SYSTEM INSTALLATION AND OPERATION GUIDE
INSTALLATION
NOTE: Please read all instructions, specifications, and
precautions before installing and using your
Everpure EverDri Compressed Air System.
Grounding Instructions
This system must be grounded. This system is equipped
with a power cord having an appliance-grounding conductor
and a grounding plug. The plug must be inserted into
an appropriate outlet that is installed and grounded in
accordance with all local codes and ordinances. If the supply
cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its
service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid
a hazard.
WARNING: Improper connection of the appliance-grounding
conductor can result in a risk of electric shock.
Check with a qualified electrician or service
representative if you are in doubt whether the
appliance is properly grounded. Do not modify
the plug provided with the appliance; if it will not
fit in the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by
a qualified technician.
Placing the System In Position
WARNING: The system weighs about 195 lbs ( 88.5 kg). Use
proper lifting equipment to move it and only
place in a location that can support this weight to
prevent injury and death.
1. Leave the protective cardboard on right side of system to
protect outlet valve during movement to final installation
site. Remove the cardboard before startup.
2. Take power cord out from underneath and behind
system. Tape it to the top of the cabinet to protect it
during installation.
3. Do not turn on the equipment if it is not in perfect
working condition.
4. The installation location must have electrical power
close enough to use the supplied electrical cord and a
drain for the coalesced water that exits on the bottom
right side.
5. The floor should be flat and level. Screw the levelers in/
out to adjust the length of each leg. When finished, all
legs should be in contact with the floor and the system
cabinet should be level.

System Pneumatic Diagram
To provide clean compressed air, the Everpure EverDri
High Capacity Compressed Air System uses an oil-less
compressor, heat exchanger, coalescing filter and a
membrane air dryer. The clean, compressed air is stored in a
tank until used. A complete pneumatic diagram is provided at
the back of this manual.
Connections
An electrical diagram is provided at the back of this manual.
Before making the electrical and tubing connections check
the following:
• The shipping cardboard has been removed.
• There is a minimum of six (6) inches (15 cm) clearance
on all sides.
• The cabinet is level.
NOTE: If the cabinet needs to be opened for start up, use a
coin or flat screwdriver to turn the lock screws on
the door to the left (counterclockwise).
To complete the installation:
1. Connect the high-pressure compressor air line from
the application crossover valve to the 1/4-inch female
NPT fitting on the cabinet ball valve for high pressure air
(Figure 3). Use a small amount of plumber's tape on the
threads.
