EVERDRI™ COMPRESSED AIR SYSTEM INSTALLATION AND OPERATION GUIDE
4. Close and lock cabinet door.
NOTE: Have a stopwatch ready to record the compressor
runtime in the log sheet.
5. Restart the EverDri Compressed Air System.
NOTE: Measure and record the date, the hour meter time
(upper left side) and the time it takes to pump up the
system. If the pump up time is greater than two (2)
minutes, 50 seconds, see Troubleshooting.
• Apply power. Allow the system to turn off using the
shut-off switch. Record pump-up time.
• OPEN the compressed air outlet valve.
• Position the crossover valve to use the EverDri
compressed air for the applications (Figure 11).
• System is now operational.

18-Month Maintenance Procedure - Service Kit #1
The 18-Month Maintenance Procedure is the same as the
Six-(6) Month Maintenance Procedure. Refer to "Six-(6) Month
Maintenance Procedure - Service Kit #1".
24-Month Maintenance Procedure - Service Kit #3
Tools and Supplies
• Safety Glasses
• Hearing Protection
• Flat Blade Screwdriver
• Service Kit #3:
One (1) Cabinet Air Intake Filter
Two (2) Cabinet Air Vent Filters
Two (2) Compressor Air Intake Filters
Coalescer Filter Element
Membrane Air Dryer
• 10 mm Socket Wrench
• Plumber's Tape
The 24-Month Maintenance Procedure starts by replacing the
membrane air dryer, followed by the 12-Month Maintenance
Procedure.
CAUTION: This procedure must be performed by trained,
qualified personnel.
1. Replace the membrane air dryer.
• The membrane air dryer and coalescing filter are
connected with a pipe fitting at the top. To replace
either one, both are removed from the cabinet as a
single unit, Figure 12.
• Locate the upper and lower tube connections. They are
both quick-connect style fittings. Push in on the collar
and pull the tube out.
• Remove the bowl on the coalescing filter by turning it
to the left (counterclockwise). Set bowl with drain tube
on cabinet floor.
• Locate the four (4) mounting studs, two (2) at the
top of the coalescing filter and one (1) on each of the
membrane air dryer brackets. Use a 10 mm socket to
remove all four (4) nuts and washers and set aside.
• Pull the assembly out of the cabinet. Hold the
membrane air dryer and unscrew the coalescing filter
body.
NOTE: The membrane air dryer is plastic. The nipple fitting
will most likely stay in the coalescing filter body. If
it does not, then remove the nipple from the dryer
and screw it into the coalescing filter body. Use
plumber's tape on the threads.

• Remove old plumber's tape from pipe nipple thread.
Use plumber's tape on the pipe nipple installed in
the coalescing filter. Screw the new membrane air
dryer (in correct flow orientation, Figure 12) and the
filter together until hand tight. Make adjustments for
mounting positions.
• Unscrew the lower tube connection fitting from the
membrane air dryer. Remove old plumber's tape from
the lower tube connection fitting. Apply three (3) wraps
of new plumber's tape to the lower tube connection
fitting. Install lower tube connection fitting into new
membrane air dryer.
• Position the membrane air dryer into the original
clamps. Then place the coalescing filter bracket onto
the top mounting studs.
