      If your Pentair Water Pump isn't priming, there might be a few reasons. First, check the hose and fittings for any leaks. If you find any, fix them. Also, the suction line might be blocked, so inspect the hose for obstructions and remove them. Another possibility is that the suction hose is stuck to the tank; in this case, cut a notch or “V” in the end of the suction hose. Finally, the strainer could be clogged, so check it and clean it regularly.
