Taking Pictures Manually (Manual Exposure Mode)
You can set the shutter speed and aperture manually.
z Set the mode dial to .
x Use the four-way controller to change the shutter speed
and aperture.
Four-way controller ( ) :
Increase the shutter speed
Four-way controller ( ) :
Decrease the shutter speed
Four-way controller ( ) :
Decrease the aperture value
Four-way controller ( ) :
Increase the aperture value
If the combination of shutter speed and aperture do not give an
appropriate exposure, a warning will be displayed.
(lit) If the exposure difference from the appropriate exposure is
between -2.0EV and -0.3EV, will light, and if between
+0.3EV and +0.2EV, will light and the level will be
displayed.
(blinking) If the picture is underexposed or the exposure cannot be
measured, will blink, and if overexposed, will blink.
