Thread Wheel Axle on the Lower Front Left Cart Legs.
Insert1Wheeland1Washer7/16in.totheleftsideof
Wheel Axle and secure Cotter Pin as shown.
Snap the Wheel Hub Caps onto the Wheels.
Repeat steps for the rear right side of Wheel Axle.
Align the 2 holes on the Lower Right Cart Legs with the
threaded holes on the Upper Right Cart Legs and snap
fit the two parts together.
Repeat Steps for Upper Left Cart Legs and Lower Left
Cart Legs.
