Why is my Perfect Flame 720-0335 Grill not getting hot enough?

If your Perfect Flame Grill isn't heating up properly even when the control knob is set to 'HI', here are a few things to check: * Ensure the fuel hose isn't bent or kinked. * Clear any dust from the grill area. * Make sure both the burner and orifice are clean. * Inspect for spiders and insects. Also, the regulator might have a safety feature that reduces gas flow if it detects a leak. This can sometimes activate even without an actual leak. To reset it, follow these steps: 1. Turn off all burners and close the LP tank valve. 2. Disconnect the regulator from the LP tank and wait one minute. 3. Reconnect the regulator to the LP tank, slowly open the LP tank valve fully. 4. Light all burners and monitor the temperature.

If your Perfect Flame Grill won't light when you turn the control knob, here's what you can do: * First, check if the liquid propane cylinder is empty. * Clean the wire(s) and/or electrode with rubbing alcohol and a clean swab, then wipe with a dry cloth. * Ensure the wire is properly connected to the electrode assembly. * If other burners are working, inspect the gas orifice on the malfunctioning burner for any blockages. * Also, check for any spiders or insects that may be causing an obstruction.
